Season 3 Bug/Glitch Thread

Not a major issue but I bought a couple of cards off the AH to boost my lineups to an 80 and both times the app crashed when I tried to put the card in my lineup.

Still happening today. Picked a trending 79 Gordon and immediately tried to put it in bench - game crashed. No issue in the second attempt.

Related to the crashing suddenly.. I dont know if it happens to anyone else.. in SD, if I hit play turn before the DP of my opponent loads the app crashes...

Nothing huge, but I have 2 glitches that pester me every day.

1) Getting a popup and redirect to the training menu whenever I open a trainable card's stats.

2) Red icon with "1" written on it, on "view all items" indicating I have an unopened pack in my inventory but I find nothing of the sort.

Agreed, especially 1st one is so annoying.

A couple of weeks ago I've had a few crashes as I was starting the quarter. It would crash before I could start playing so I could play the quarter after I reentered the game. Not sure if that's the current issue you're describing. I'm not experiencing it lately.

A couple of weeks ago I've had a few crashes as I was starting the quarter. It would crash before I could start playing so I could play the quarter after I reentered the game. Not sure if that's the current issue you're describing. I'm not experiencing it lately.

Still happens if I click play turn b4 the DP loads.. so I just wait and then once it loads I start playing no issues..

Interesting glitch. Cavs were called for offensive foul. Ref gave us the ball at the spot of the foul, but he forgot to tell LeBron he has to be out of bounds to inbound it LOL.

The pass button finally worked and he eventually "inbounded" the ball :shock: :shock: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

This was against an 84 in showdown, maybe the 2nd one I've gone against this week. I'm 81, but it always seems like weird stuff happens when I opp much higher OVR. I won my quarter 15-0, but lost the tiebreaker because apparently they shot 88% for 19 points. :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

Is the game slower for anyone else after the last update? it keeps loading every time i minimize the app. also, in live events after i finish the goal (shoot 3 baskets / dunks etc) the player keeps dribbling the ball and it takes upto 10s for the reward screen to pop up or sometimes i have to minimize the app and reopen it and then rewards screen pops up. lot more app crashes too.. and laggy gameplay here and there.. game was perfectly normal a week back.

I'm getting that when my wi-fi connection is being really poor (ex. when i can't load a video in the laptop)

In previous seasons, the game would boot me out of the game in a similar case, but it seems now the game recognizes you finished event and you get a chance of a new connection instead of being booted out for bad connection, from what I can gather. And if that's the case, that's actually a positive change.

Ya could be.. I did note a similar change in sd matches and some live events .. when the network went down (power outage for eg), last season app would crash and we would lose fans. This season it freezes up and actually resumes if u minimize the app.. I guess pros and cons of every 'fix'

Wait, you've experienced a crash this season i SD and were able to resume without losing fans? Or was the resume part with regard to some live events?

I had the same problem with the triathlon event (and the line up crash as well). Also learned that if you accidentally hit shoot to start the timer he will of course shoot the full court shot lol. Also learned you can walk thru those "avoid" zones without the ball

What I also learned is the East Easy is much better to do than West, at least for repeat wins.

Tipoff Elite Heroes set doesn't work. I have four 80 ovr Tipoff Elites, and the set will only accept 2 of 3. I have pulled them down from lineup and tried this multiple times. I can only conclude that it's broken.

Other thing is I can't successfully auction sellable 80 elites in AH even with a 10K starting bid. Tried a bunch of times, always expires. Maybe not a bug but seems surprising given I see these players posted for higher average costs than I'm putting them up.

Yup. Most likely this is the issue.. check ur main lineup

It didnt crash.. it said network timeout.. I immediately minimised.. then if network was fine I opened it again.. and I could resume..

Hmmm. Gonna have to try to figure that out. I lost 32K fans in like two hours because of network problems, but immediately have no internet problems in other apps.

When you say minimize, you don't mean close app, right? Just basically put it in the background, right?

For some reason, there seems to be a price cap at 70k for the 80 tip-off elites.
