Campaign/Live events difficulty

I?ve been having too much trouble completing events. And I?m not talking just about those 5v5 events: I?m talking about normaly easy events like those ?scramble? like the Heat Blitz. I go for it with a 78 Embiid and i miss 2-3 perfect shots per try regularly.

What gives? Aren?t those supposed to be easy warmup events? I add a couple elites to my team and gameplay gets harder?!

Is anyone else having this problem?

The perimeter shooting events can be a pain.. try to get close as the 3 point line before shooting and make sure ur player is stable when shooting..
Ya warmup events can be irritating once in a while.. I'm just happy we dont have the irritating dunk events of season 1 and early season 2..

I have had a similar experience on the Brandon Knight one for Offseason movers. It sucks. I've said it before. Sometimes, the game will just suck stamina from you if it chooses. So many have said they hit the half court shot with ease, while others get stamina sucked before their eyes lol. 4500 coins is actually a decent hall for 60 stamina (20-1500 40-3000) but it's not worth it if you have to spend 100+ stamina imo.

I got tired of spending cash on stamina (I'll be honest, I just dont have enough cash to refill multiple times in a day or two span) so I decided to log out of my account and start a game under the "guest" account for my device.

Holy cow were we fortunate to have those now and later packs because starting from total scratch reallly sucks. Anyone, one of the early events is to score a buzzer beater with Dirk inside the paint with like 5 seconds remaining. Sapped at least 80 stamina (20 per) for that event and my stamina was at like 120 since it's a new account.

Why it happens, who knows. I've noticed that a lot of times you have to get the shot meter DIRECTLY in the middle of the target to make the shot, even though slightly towards the bottom,, or top will give the same +20 signal. Keep that in mind when shooting in the drills is all i can say lol. They expect it to be perfect since the defense isn't out there

I only win like half of my blitz events despite mostly getting perfect releases. Some 5x5 events robbed me of 100+ stamina like the final Toronto live event (down 3, win by 5) that took 4 tries (200 total stamina wasted).

Some of the campaign events are difficult but it would be boring without a challenge. I've lost a couple of blitz events but nothing bad. I'm more frustrated at my crappy pack luck than anything else.

I tried #2 where you have to "lockdown the Spurs". It's difficulty is 2 stars. They hit a buzzer beater. Said to hell with that, not gonna suck 30 stamina out of me right now on buzzer beaters in a 10 second event...back to SD for me....And they have one where you have to outscore them by 8+? I hope it's at least 3-4 minutes on that one, lol.

I did manage to get the Lockdown on the 2nd try, with two defenders contesting a buzzer attempt. I really wanted a steal to end the suspense lol. Haven't tried the remaining two. SD owns my stamina now lol

In the previous events the spotlight player has always been elite I think, but the other team is usually elite as well. First try is amazing

This raptor event man I?ve probably lost 200 stamina, down 3 to start, win by 5? Why don?t they just put you down 8 to start? What is with these people? Some fooky weird shit

yeah the Heat blitz was rough for me today as well.

had to repeat the easy event once. and I'm yet to complete the hard one after three failed attempts*, which is also how I start the event, with three misses despite good percentages, leaving me with no time to recover. That announced 60 ovr in the opponents has to be a bug.

I agree with jack george that being in the middle of the circles may help in these shooting events.

The Raptors campaign was fair for me - I guess I only had to repeat the defensive one once as Kawhi wanted to defend the guy I was defending with the PG leaving someone open for the easy shot.

The Raptors +5 event is "easy" if you only shoot with Kawhi (2 pointers) & Green (3s). Begin with Green 3s & when you are down 2-3, use kawhi with easy plays after some screens.

Raptors events are very annoying specially the last one. They should at least lower the difficulties after several tries. It seems that they are tripping on us with these events or they just want us to spend money on refilling stamina.

I will not surprised if one day they give us event that require only half court shots, down by 10 against all platinum line ups loaning us silver players (they should allow us to use our own lineup instead of giving us poor players) and need to win by 10 with only 30 seconds left.

I figured a simple solution (EA - READ THIS): campaign events should not cost stamina from the 2nd try forward. Putting it another way, those should only cost stamina the 1st time you play them.
1) Some of those events are a lot of fun to play but, because of the way this game is set, I never waste stamina on those again. It's a shame.
2) Since most of those only reward the first success, why not let the players enjoy themselves and have some fun with this game?

Now if they'd let me play more with my Legacy lineups without the stamina cost, that would be DA BOMB (yeah, I'm cool :lol: )

What about it, EA? Let's make the game more fun and less a-*******-race-that-sometimes-makes-me-feel-like-a-lab-rat? Please?

Lmaoooo that's hilarious. Down 10, win by 10, 30 seconds left hahaha. You're not far off...I was surprised I passed the one where a layup/dunk is needed to be made by the bronze player Holmes who's guarded by master steroid Embiid :twisted: :twisted:

I like this idea. Meeting in the middle of the force close glitch. (Okay, not quite the middle, but it'd make us happier customers that's for sure.) it'd be a nice gesture to us, that's for sure.

In before they agree but now the events cost 50 instead of the base 20

The Raptors +5 event is "easy" if you only shoot with Kawhi (2 pointers) & Green (3s). Begin with Green 3s & when you are down 2-3, use kawhi with easy plays after some screens.

I finally got around to trying this event and I agree, it's easy, well at least compared to the 81 ovr in SD.

Kawhi has an 81 3pt which was enough for me to use, I didn't even check Green's lol. Just play solid Defense and rain 3's with kawhi (work to get open of course).
