Stockton record breaker- where is he?!?

Is it just me or does anyone else only have the 3x value cash and token pack and the 500 nba cash pack and no pack that specifically states you get Stockton in it? I'm wondering if this is a bug/ missing content issue or if I'm just not looking in the right spot. Please let me know.

Same. I never received one and one isn't for sale or able to be claimed in the store. I might just buy the value pack to make coins.

It says use the tokens to level up your card but none are to be found it was my understanding from that phrasing we get the 91 for free

Exactly. He's nowhere to be found. I'm guessing they'll do a 2nd maintenance today. Based on the fact that you can get 100 tokens through the value pack and there's a 2nd pack, my guess is he'll be crazy expensive to make. I've gotten 30k for each collectible I have so it's definitely worth selling them.
