Ok, your original post said “offensive rebounds”. For what it’s worth, I haven’t experienced this issue.No. Defensive rebounds. Like when opponent misses, I suddenly have less time. But it's hard to pin point what exactly went wrong cause not like we are at the shot clock. I just suddenly get surprised that I have like 10sec left but I just brought the ball over
That many? Consider yourself lucky...Ok, what's wrong with 93 Doncic buzzer beater???? I made maybe 5 out of 15.
The 23s hold is an old thing.. they usually miss the shot and 100% get the rebound and the putback..Well they made a couple tweaks to gameplay ... for the worse. AI now has this no look, behind the back pass out of nowhere. And the layup-alley-oop. And a really special one that seems reserved for lvl - the 93 Magic 23 second hold, 25’ post fade, 3 pointer.
This last one is probably just my skill level but I’ve found I only get steals in clusters. I can go a couple drives with no steals, then get 4 or 5 in one drive.
The only positive is that the SS combo of 96 Zion and 93 AD tends to rule the boards.
Shot clock only resets to 14 seconds just like in NBA.
And there are shots that look like misses but are makes!
I haven't had eyes on the clock yet but I've noticed 10+ times that the shot clock counts down way too early in a possession. Must be whyI can see when it happens. When I steal the ball and go for a fast break dunk whether it makes or miss. The shot clock resets to 14 for the opposing team (team who got stolen from and dunked on)
I didn't have a video. But you can see in season. My opponent just inbounded with a 14 sec clock after a fast break dunk (make) by me
And they release 8000 cash players three times a week...smh. There really isnt a way for F2P to have a very good team nowI’m taking another break from the game.
I was a 93 ovr (91/90/91) and my 91 SS lineup was getting crushed on SD. I mostly drew 90+ opponents and 92s and 93s were common. No matter how many games I lost, I kept getting high ovr opponents, whose AI seemed to be on steroids while my team sucked bigtime.
Sold most of my auctionable 1M+ players, took my SS lineup down to 88 and immediately got an 86 opponent which meant a reasonably enjoyable quarter.
The main attraction of this game for me is team build up. Or, better said, was.
Besides the above:
1) got CRAP from the Xmas presents
2) got a Live Pass which EA made me regret soon enough
3) no way to make decent coins from the AH atm, which was the 2nd biggest attraction of this game for me

F2P might have a good ultimate lineup but their 3 other style lineups are likely going to be just average

Now that I downgraded it (SS is now 88) the gameplay as improved a lot.
No incentive to upgrade my lineup atm. Quite the opposite. And I’m sitting on a fairly decent amount of coins.
SD has been all kinds of buggered since I hit Legend this week. My 91 SS lineup was winning 8/10 autoplay. Once I hit legend, I was lucky to win 5/10 manual. I had to start using my 93 Street lineup and was still getting beat by 86s.....wtf. I'm not talking about having a poor game and losing a close one. I'm talking beating an 86 by 14 pts and they beat me by 16. How does THAT work?I'm “this close” to bagging this game for good. There is literally zero chance EA will acknowledge they totally f###ed up gameplay late last season when they first jacked up ai, then made it even worse by trying to even out the ovr advantage which actually created a reverse ovr advantage. Our whole league is frustrated as hell. Here is a perfect example from tonight (but I could give you tons more— much lower ovr ai plays off the chart whereas a higher ovr doesn’t. Granted I only had 2 steals, but you get the point ). Skill wise, I’m not really great, but reasonably good. It’s frustrating as f### playing hard tight D only to see the ai go straight up with a hand in its face and still swish a long 3 (there is major lag in the block button this season), or the wing left wide open because of a stupid double team you can’t control and that gives no advantage at all. Or ai making 100% of “open” shots all day long. Credit to the 88 who played really well, but no way scoring 25 points and with an ovr advantage that I should come out upside down against 21-9.
