I'm worried they'll go for Ibaka instead
I'm not worried because if they do make Ibaka the POTG that would be a good thing because PF is a much weaker position than SF so I'd prefer Ibaka to get it but Kawhi lead his team by 16 in points, 5 in rebounding, 1 in steals, was 4th in assists, was tied for the lead in +/- so it should be him but I'm hoping it's not for the sake of balance and variety in game plus I absolutely love Ibaka cards especially with his high arching shot making his pull-ups unblockable almost

Now this is a bit off topic.. but I'm going to throw it out there.. If Raptors win the series.. do you guys think Kawhi will stay with Raptors?

He could leave and say, hey - I won you a championship.. now I'm going to Lakers (My dream come true)
If he leaves it's to the Clippers but I think he stays no matter what

Klaw doesn't like managerial dysfunction. Lakers r full of it....nah.

At most, he will say thanks to Toronto for giving him that champs run and ring, and this is my legacy to u.

Then leave for the Clippers, and getting another superstar to play with him based on the rep he built in Canada as the substantive stuff to sell on.

I had said a few weeks ago that the Raps had a chance.

The depleted warriors will struggle with injuries because 5 years of playing 100+ games per season for 5 will take that physical toll even on the best of the most athletic of the warriors stars.

(Blazers and Rockets also didn't have the strong D that the Raps have.)

Whereas the Raps only have minor injuries for their All stars and ex-all stars, and kawhi is having stellar medical support for his knee and lower leg to get by game by game.

The new kawhi card is great.
Lebrons value will fall now

I'm all for a good game but never cheer when someone is hurt or injured. The investment they make into their sport isn't something to be dismissed when they get injured. Karma's a real...

I don't cheer about KD's injury.

However that's what will happen when a desperate team and coach staring defeat in the face is forced to go against medical advice and play their best player who has had suffered an achilles tendon pull, a serious injury just a mth ago, and in which he pulled it again.

The dubs are leading at the half. But once Kawhi goes back into his playoff mode and the Raps do their own warrior-like 3Q blitiz, hang on for the ride fellas.

Too many injured players to make it through the series. GSW had a chance when they actually had their line-up on lock. Now everyone is just out.

5 yrs of wear and tear running all the way to the finals...and honestly too, your guys are getting older. Splash brothers are already 31, and 30 years old.

Front office of Dubs better start planning on looking for eventual successors to those two brothers.

Btw I do like Steph n Klay. I have gotten some UA stuff because of Steph's example as the leader of the Dubs. I wish nothing but the best for Steph as well as for Klay.

This Finals though, I am going for Raps, because it's time for a new champion.

I don't consider it desperate. KD wanted to play for his team. Sad that he got hurt but even if he wanted to kick back, it's on him. It would be sad if he couldn't play the same again but clearly dude wanted to help his team.

I said it before with my friends but it should be the best team that wins, not one that is entitled to a win.

Erm, you know that Raps had to go through 2 lengthy series facing the much more talented 76ers and the Bucks, and fought back a few times in away games to face the Dubs?

The Dubs faced the Blazers in which the game plan of the Blazers is quite predictable (as always dependent on their two guards)? Same with the Rockets with CP3 and Harden since Capela was non-existent as a threat...

That's why I am not sure about your assertion about the best team that wins, not entitled though...the Raps earned their right through the harder path to get their shot...and they earned their 3 victories against the Dubs. They fought thru 25 years of hard pain to get where they are.

Where did you see that KD wanted to play? The announcers were talking about how KD was pressured into playing as far as I know
