Showdown Rewards Missing?

This week i finished at #2261 and didnt get my elite showdown reward of top 2500 immediately...

Man.. Do we have to contact them each week? :?

They changed the wording last week to say "legend division rewards" so that people stop contacting them about being top 10k and not getting one of the rewards you can try but I doubt you will have any success

@beta i think the top 2500 get the reward and the top 1000 may not bcz of the legend 'requirement'.
Anyway hope u get it

Maybe beta should at least get an 84. Wondering if he can provide wahyu's case to claim the reward.

So I just spent 30 min on the phone with a CSR after I had to "resume" my case. They called me right away but the f'ing guy couldn't find the name of the pack. First he was asking me for the name of the player I was missing - so I'm like Paul George or Steph Curry! Haha. Finally, he's like I need the name of the pack so I'm saying try "Showdown". Nothing. Then I go back to wahyu's post and see "84 Showdown Elite" so I tell him 85 Showdown Elite. Sure enough...we get disconnected. He said he was going to elevate my case. :roll: I'll probably just try again in a few...need to cooldown. :evil:

EDIT: Couldn't help myself and went for round 2. This guy says I just have to wait. I asked him 10 different ways if he did anything to my account so I would get the pack and each time it was no. He said just wait today...clearly this wasn't worth the hassle but now I have to see it thru to completion because I'm that guy...

When I saw the response you got, my best guess was that maybe you went down the wrong fork in the road while filling it out. That was my guess, but I obviously don't know for sure. I've yet to fill out the "e-mail raffle" since I haven't grinded SD since Kyrie and and the week before.

I know there were many options to choose (lost content, game progress, and a few other ones as well) and maybe choosing a certain one got you routed to the guys that are instructed to give nothing lol.

On the other hand, while typing this up, I tried to access the form via help in settings and it sends me to a link that doesn't allow a form to be filled and says they have to fix some things, so maybe they are in fact making even more changes to limit the "raffle" lol. Beats me.

EDIT: I see you've had a phone conversation, wow, disconnected at the worst time!

Check out the edit. Also, I'm guessing what happens is depending on what time you submit the e-mail, it could be picked up by different CSR's with different levels of access. The two guys I spoke to were definitely from India and both iterated they cannot add content directly but have to work with someone else to get it added. It's so redundant - instead of me talking to the guy that can change my account, I get a guy that has to determine if I can talk to that guy or not. We went back and forth on both calls between some intermediary. At the end of the last call he said you will get the "84" Showdown Elite pack and I was like, it should be 85! Haha

Anyway, I'll keep you guys posted. Definitely not going this route again...

Yikes. I don?t wanna get your hopes too high, but I do remember someone else being told to wait and they eventually got the pack. Definitely seems like more hassle than worth, lol. One email was good roe but multiple emails and phone calls.....guess it wouldn?t be the EA way if you didn?t have to work for it lol.

Yeah, me either. I followed the instructions from another thread. Selected missing content and filled out the info. I have a case id and it seems to be exactly the same as everyone else. I did give him wahyukom's case id as well. That seemed to confuse him more though because at one point he was telling me he could see the pack was rewarded...lol. :?

Well, 2 days and 3 CSR's later, I got my pack! At least it wasn't another a Mitchell...and all I'll say on why the 3rd time was the charm is the CSR had a heavy american accent! ;)
