I just pulled 87 Larry Nance from a gold envelope. So far 1 silver & 1 gold envelope ---> 2 elite players.
I could have 93 Cousins already if I was just grinding him, but these juiced envelopes are kinda good for now (until they nerf them lmao)

I had same thought but Brian even commented that you could pull a 96 from a silver pack so I think this is intentional.

got a bunch of gold packs the 1st day or so, now last 3 have been silvers. one had 86 vuc and a flashback token i needed so i guess it doesn't really matter.
