alright, whats the strategy to obtain curry/bird .....
Curry is going to take a while. Something like 75 tokens, then all of Santa’s reindeer to get the boosts.
Unboosted Bird can be had just doing the 1st reset blitz events x3 per day. At the end you’ll be close to the boosted Bird, maybe 500 nba cash in the form of a set buyout.

Well his info was before they dropped 6k in make good promo pts. I think Bird should be attainable with a medium grind.

Does anyone else feel there is a discrepancy in the 1st bonus wins for at least the ornaments today after their maintenance?
Immediately after their maintenance and compensation I had already 12900 ornaments. Even though I have completed 1st wins with bonuses twice already after that, which should give a total of 4k (2 times 2k) as per yesterday and their bonus descriptions seen in the live events, and grinded extra throughout the day, I am sitting with only 16800 ornaments as I am writing. I haven't paid attention as I was grinding the 1st wins but looking at what I had before and having now, something not adding up correctly with the bonuses for 1st wins it seems.

Because ads only give red one not green. Also warm up. And kemp only give red bonus. I may have missed some. But basically there are some stuff that give red only

The description of the live events clearly says that there will be the following as bonuses given for 1st wins for both holiday spirit and ornaments equally regardless of boosts:
- for 50 Stamina: 200 1st win bonus each
- for 100 Stamina: 300 1st win bonus each
- for the 200 Stamina: 600 1st win bonus each.
So this would give a total of 2k ornament points per 1 cycle of 1st wins as per the following calculations:
- 50 + 200 bonus = 250 (from 50 stamina event)
- 50 + 200 bonus = 250 (from other 50 stamina event)
- 75 + 300 bonus = 375 (from 100 stamina event)
- 75 + 300 bonus = 375 (from other 100 stamina event
- 150 + 600 bonus = 750 (from 200 stamina event
The total of this is 2k per 1 cycle of doing 1st wins. Since I had 6900 (And I didn't go overboard for grinding extra or anything) for the ornaments after the 1st day of 3 cycles it seemed that on the 1st day the bonuses were given as per the description but on the 2nd day after maintenance they must have changed the bonus payouts.
Since 1st wins have reset now I see that they are now not as per the description:
- 150 instead of 200 each for ornaments and holiday spirit for 50 stamina
at they are now not as per the description:
- 225 instead of 300 each for ornaments and holiday spirit for 100 stamina
at they are now not as per the description:
- 450 instead of 600 each for ornaments and holiday spirit for 200 stamina

I agree. 1680 red (with Kemp 5%) is what I earn vs what you wrote above on what we should earn per the descriptions. Hey surprise! Another EA F up. Or worse, they intentionally reduced the amount to offset the make good?!

That is exactly what went through my mind knowing EA. And I am pretty sure that on day 1 they were giving the bonus rewards as was in the description as I had easily 6900 ornaments (900 ornaments grinded from extra stamina after 1st wins) before yesterday's maintenance.Hey surprise! yup guess they changed it.. but they also changed the bird set from 15 to 10 tokens
But if someone's goal is to get Curry 115 and not Bird, that sudden change in bonus 1st wins is a big loss in the long run.
depends on what phase 2 of the promo. at this point, im assuming it will be grindable eventually
Still a big loss over time considering 1200 a day times 5%.
When? Today after maintenance? I have quickly grinded the 1st cycle of 1st wins after maintenance without paying attention. So I will need to wait till the next cycle to confirm.

I just checked. I am still getting the wrong 1st win bonus of 150/225/450 instead of the 200/300/600 as supposed to in the description and on the 1st day of the promo.

I don’t think it’s “wrong” just different to the first day. We would’ve had to spend about 2k additional stamina per day (in excess of first wins) on the 50 blitz to finish Klay/Ray. If you take the 6k pts they gave us for the make good on login issues and divide by 7 then that 2k is reduced to just over 1,100 per day (using the 50 blitz).
Here’s the math I came up with (surely there’s an error in there somewhere
):1680 pts per first win x 3/day x 7 days = 35,280 pts
10 ads x 150 pts/ad x 7 days = 10,500 pts
60,000 pts - 35,280 pts - 10,500 pts = 14,220 pts additional required.
14,220/53 (pts per 50 blitz with Kemp) = 269 blitzes
269 x 50 = 13,450 stamina / 7 = 1,922 stamina per day
Since we got the make good of 6k pts, the requirement drops to 14,220 - 6,000 = 8,220 pts
So that’s 8,220/53 = 156 blitzes x 50 stamina = 7,755 stamina.
7,755/7 = 1,108 additional stamina per day on the 50 blitzes.
Edit: took me a couple days to find the mistake(s). I accidentally used the red pts instead of green for 1st wins (1680 vs 1600) AND the bigger issue is as a result, no ad benefit!). Net change is 408 vs 269 of the 50 stamina blitzes.
