One week after launch I have all 8 Superstars at 80+. What was the point in the draft if it doesn't matter a week in?

Did i not call it when i said that all players would be "unlocked" in quotes days before the new season?????

I knew this would happen.
it made perfect marketing sense for them to squeeze as much money as they can by doing so. The more players you have available to level up, the more the urge to spend money to do so.

Any one or place have a list of the current players available, or even know a time or update when more (higher) players will come out? Wanting to save my coins for higher players/packs but part of me is hoping/praying for an absolute miracle pull out of a pro pack.

Has anyone figured out the cost (shards + starpower) of raising a superstar to 88?

The cost feels too high and pursuing even only one may be a waste of resources...

Shit, it's obviously gated for everyone except the Whales. I don't think they want ppl progressing too quickly with these. At the last level of 84 OVR, it costs 400 Shards to advance. At that rate, there's really no way to do it other than outright buying shards. Too much time and effort needed to get Top 100 in SD and that would only get you up 1 (!!!) Level with 500 Shard reward. God only knows what it takes for each level at 87 OVR. It's gotta change or it's dead.....much like the majority of their ideas

Yeah, the rewards are super weak right now. Great if your Superstars are at 80 OVR. But not so much if they're at 83+.
