Seems like it's +12 on most attributes? I got D'angelo Russell and based on this calculation he would have ONE attribute over 100(and it's inside paint shot lol)!

Basically the took 103 Butler and 104 Jokic attributes and added +1 to each.

I'm assuming you mean the 82/92 versions rather than the free ones; in which case yes, I can use my 82 whiteside and Hayward towards D'Lo.

Yeah those are the pack ones and nice thanks now I know for when I don't pull one because I can't pull keys anymore and when I do it's garbage I get from the packs
