Where to get the elite showdown medals?

The formerly used Elite showdown tokens can only be exchanged to superstar tokens in the Front Office sets.
Silver and gold tokens aren't usable anymore, you can only quicksell them or use as training points.
As for the new "Promotion Badges", you get one every time you rank up in Showdown.
