What has happened to Showdown

Is it just me or has anyone else suffered huge losses in Showdown against teams with a much lower OVR? I generally switch between my two main lineups and my R2G lineup. MY Finesse lineup is 99 OVR and my Strategic lineup is 98 OVR, and I usually finish at least in the top 1000 in NBA legend.
But recently I've been playing against teams with a much lower OVR and easily beating them in my quarter, but my opponent wins by a ridiculous margin with their 90/92 OVR team against my 99 OVR team.

Recently I've lost couple times in Arena to players with their lineups in 80s. They couldn't miss, my 95OVR KG missed dunks after dunks, my 101 3pt shot Steph couldn't hit an open 3....

I'd say they've even further ''tuned'' the physics. So the newish players would have more enjoyable experience, on the expense of us who they deem ''hooked''.

Yeah it’s happening a lot again recently. It’s a recurring problem. They nerf/boost teams if you’re on a winning/losing streak and it’s usually very frustrating (making you feel like an idiot for having a high ovr)

I’ve been having weird matches lately. 99 vs 98. I win 23-3 and they win 18-0.
