Snow pass fee in auction house?

I notice next to where is says auction house fee 10% it also says snow pass fee is 8%. Does that mean it's 8% total or 18% combined total? Anyone else notice?

It's 8% AH fee, instead of 10. Earlier they did somehow charge 20% fee to those that bought the pass.

I think it's supposed to be a special discount of 8% auction house for those that have Snow Pass, instead of the regular 10/20% fee.

LOL...typo in the title (free vs. fee)? Anyway, if you buy the pass then your AH tax is only 8%.

I see most items with an 8% fee, but I saw at least a couple still had the 10% fee.
Those are the same items, posted at the same time for the same price.
