Please Explain the latest promo

Can someone explain the latest promo, do you get rewards for repeating events with my stamina?

You play the 20 blitz events each day with stamina (20x75). Then you use the pts from blitz events to either play all pts events (top row) or pts plus a chance at a player (bottom row). Presumably pts and odds get better as you progress to the right but not sure on the odds. Points is clear (200, 220, 240 etc).
