How does League Ranking # system works?
I do get that once tournament starts, it lists what rank # it was at the time, but what are the factors that ranks up/down the League rank #?

there are cycles for when the ranks are re-ordered, i assume its like every hour when the "objectives" get refreshed.. then:

1. league wins v losses
2. points for (against is i ASSUME if the pts are tied)
3. when it comes to (for example) 31-1, 30-2.. i dont understand this myself
