So the karl Malone campaign just came out. The first event where you have to make 5 shots is ridiculous. I tried 8 times already, still failed. Any advices on how to beat the events?

wasted 200 stamina already, can't pass it

Wasted 200 so far, I?m not gonna keep killing my stamina until they fix it
1) You pray to not have to complete the 3pt challenge.
2) You try to move the player as near to the basket as you can, onto the edge of the shooting targets, where he will be standing just at the point as to not be out of the circle / rectangle.
3) Maybe stating the obvious, but you try your best for the plus 22-24% for the shot.

screw this advices, it's suppose to be easy, it's one-time event . Once you finish it, you get the collectible, and you forget about it.

Tried it once, saw the BS and said nope. Came back after showdown decided there were only losses to be had and did it on 2nd try, BARELY.
Doing perfect releases were no good, I went for the +8 release, which is actually a quite early release! Made 3/4 with +8 and came down to last shot with time expiring and tried a +8 but was not early enough so fell just in the circle for +22 and luckily it dropped in.
Next event is super easy in comparison.
I agree, they need to fix this crap and Brian said they were looking into why the Halloween event was screwed but no change was made in Room 3 and clearly the same crap is going on here!

I happened to get the event where there was only one 3 point shot involved, just saw a leagemate have one basically like the stamina boost. Trash event to shoot 3s with a card with a super low 3 rating!!

This is exactly why this game sucks and why i play a lot less than i used to. There is no skill involved in this. It's just some software geek at EA nerfing the shooting to make it unfair and push you to hopefully spend a bunch of cash on stamina (so they can screw you some more).

Truly is sad that this keeps happening. I guess there?s no way to test these things before they get to us. But hey, at least they let the game changers give us a 2 day preview, yayyyy!!!
They know exactly what they're giving us when they do this. It's highly intentional. I'm boycotting this shit just out of principle.

These events really show a lack of creativity on EA's part. If you want to make an event challenging, come up with something more difficult than a basic shooting drill. When the player they force us to use consistently misses perfect releases, that's just a slap in the face.

So I played it 3 times because I ran out of things to spend stamina on. The first 2 I got the perimeter 3 version and made it to the last circle both times without getting off a shot (2 misses each time I believe). I was going to quit and said one more time...then I got the circles that are mainly in the key. Piece of cake. Completed the rest of the events without issue. Only mentioning this in case others didn?t know there?s at least two versions of the circles possible.

Yea, I said it around month ago, their "mistakes" are always planned. It's just pathetic.
New group of people working for NBALM is a bunch of newbs that can't even plan things correctly (82 embiid is the best example of their planning). They don't try to make this game any better (gameplay/fun), they just trying to rob players from stamina and coins more often than ever before (nerfed 'easy' events, broken AH etc..), it's all they care.
Guys, I was just playing Red Dead Redemption 2 with my cousin this weekend, man this is what I call fun.

I feel the same way. Instead of making the game fun, it seems all they do is sit back and think of ways to make things inconvenient, repetitive, and expensive. I strongly believe that the developers for season 1 were a different group, and this group were brought in to try and milk players for more cash. Most of the major updates they have made this season involves reversing some of their poorly made decisions instead of giving us new and exciting features. Everything is moving at a snails pace, no lineups yet, no totw yet, very few boosts, no abilities yet, no new animations or gameplay changes, and now they expect us to grind for months before we can claim a legend. All this waiting is ruining any fun I used to have.

Also, it's weird that after 2 months of S3, 85-87ov cards still feel like something special, I guess they forgot it's not 80-99 system anymore and max is now 110 (I don't even want to talk about locked 82 version of Embiid or 83 Harden haha). They released just few 85-87 cards, so if you have some of them and play against 84-86ov teams in SD, your opponents lineup looks almost like a mirror.
