Is there a way to retrieve a stolen account?

Hi everyone. So one of my friend was scammed and he knows who did it. I have tried making contact with the scammer but he keeps blocking me. Is there a way for me to help my friend get his account back? Yes my friend has contacted EA help and has received no help lol.

Don't think there's anything that can be done. Pretty TOS states that you cannot give your login info to another user
