Try getting higher OBD boost,lower a bit steal and try also with mid range boost it might work...hiS cards usually gets 2+ ovr with boosts

IDK, maybe you need a couple higher ovr cards. Here are boosts in Boomer lineup then Awards Balanced lineup

The only areas it could be are Agility, 3pt, and Dunk. I've got him with lots of OBD, Block, Steal in my Boomer lineup & still only 108
