Saw this on youtube and he is 110. Maybe with different boost its possible.

I grabbed him to try. Couldn't find a way to get Klay to 110. His play was really good. Not quite good enough to overtake Luka, esp without Clutch and stat boost. But I scored 16 with him alone in SD and he was smooth.

Luka is way better for me. Had him to 110 with this though.

Couldn’t switch anything. Not even Luka for Vince or Klay was 109.

Haven't seen these mentioned yet.

Cooling Sexton plays remarkably well for a 104 player. I've also tried SF Young but he shot way less reliably than his stats would indicate. Illustrated PG13 is better.

I've also seen a Dame as a 106 Street Nickname player with great stats, but haven't been able to snatch him yet.

107 Lavine also played great, to the point where I considered keeping him and selling 108 Iverson, but I just couldn't ditch him.

The 108 Signatures are a bit of a letdown. The 107 Klay card has way better shooting stats and doesn't really lag behind on the rest, and costs less than half in AH.
