I'm pretty sure they're phasing out all of these as well. There's a reason they slow-rolled the OVR's on all of these programs. I was kinda shocked they went to 100 this week on both Legends and GOTW.

Elevate hayward, butler, covington, and whiteside are serious threat when maxed. To those players that just grinds and dont have much time to do events and dont have much gold, this is a must have.
