Force close apps to save energy not working anymore?

Well when the LvL FCing was closed in S1 they went out of their way to tell us that Facing in live events would not be affected so now they changed their mind on that about a year and a half later

Shit is dumb, I hate it. Also hate how you need 40 stamina for showdown, cuz if you have only 20 and you find a match you need another 20 just to play and then you lose 8k fans smh.
