TOTY is most definitely not the worst promo, not even close. All-Star is still the reigning champion.

All-Star was bad but it lasted a week. If things keep going the way they are Summer Courts will be a nightmare.

That's because they stopped allowing multiples consisting of cards released after the Dream Showdown promo except if it includes 98 specialist LeBron he is the only card since that promo that I've seen successfully be paired with another card of the same player
