Finals game ticket gone

Hi everyone, i don't know why, but i bought one final game ticket, and tried playing miami heat in the nba finals, then game crashed, and now i can't play it anymore, and can't buy any tickets anymore

Trust me, a lot about this game isn't fair. I got scammed out of 3 tickets and got 2 one stars because of that putback point glitch or whatever.

You can try contacting EA but they aren't too helpful in solving this issue.
