Elite Impact Set Requirements

Saw the requirements for the impact players jump back up to 14 impact sets each (7+7).
The last elites both cost 7 impact sets each (4+3 and 3+4 respectively).
Are we keeping these costs now or will the price be fluctuating based on the players, OVR and/or some other random factor?

I think they said the 4+3 and 3+4 was a 'one-off' for the previous week.

Was just a special lol. Not a terrible special i might add lol. I took advantage, still another week of Jabari and Lou and Jabari's been so good for me
