Do I sell Dirk 94 ovr or can I max him?

Is it possible to max a player when they have a higher rating than the other?

You mean your DIrk is the best player you have now? If I were you, I will put 94 Dirk on bench so no need to max him out, meanwhile, just use him until you get better cards. Max is easy but after you train him once, you wont be able to sell him anymore. I have 700 training cards plus others that can be used for training and will use it all by the end of the season.
