Can we still use 92 ovr base elevate elites to train Stockton?

Unfortunately no. EA changed them all to red border elites in Teams. Before you could use any Pack Elevate, even those boosted to 95. I don’t think EA planned it that way — it was a crack in coding. All the pack elevates can still be used to boost other Elevates however.

I appreciate the answer man. Yea that really stinks, I wish they would publicly let the players know when they make changes!
