I recently claimed a champs pack and I got the champs token but it isn’t in my items so now I only have 13 and can’t complete the set, can anyone help?

Best thing of advice to give is to double check everywhere but maybe you miscounted and missed more than you thought and actually claimed your 13th pack because if you claimed all of them you should have had him days ago because now you should have claimed your 16th champs pack within the past hour so maybe you missed 2 not 3 or quicksold one of the collectibles

No I had 13 today because I claimed one this morning and put it in the set and there was 13, I just claimed my last one and I didn’t receive it.
