Any info on when Shaq week and 4th of July masters will be auctionable?

No and they may never be auctionable just like the Draft and Awards milestone cards that still aren't auctionable

After looking at the data and the amount of people that completed at least 4 masters they will never be auctionable. You can always tell which players will be auctionable based on how difficult it was to get them.
