Soo, I'm actually rocking Maxed UL Pau Gasol, and I'm looking forward to upgrade my NBA PF. I really want to use only active players on my NBA line, so is this 98 AD good? Also I'm looking for a Defensive PF.

Tim Duncan 97 is good value for money around 2.5m

I'd keep Gasol, Davis is nothing special.
99 Finals legend Duncan fits your criteria but expensive af.
