94 OVR Robert Parish

I'm looking for a good replacement for 90 OVR Shaq in my lineup and came across the 94 Parish in the auction house and his stats look pretty good plus I can train him to a 99 if I like him. I just wondered if anyone had used him and how his game play was. And also if anyone could suggest a better replacement. My coin supply is pretty low currently but I can round up maybe a million and a half if I have to to get a higher OVR classic center.

I have a Parish '94 card that is overall 93.

I haven't used him yet because I prefer a more athletic & agile center who can make runs to the basket while the PF holds back; ie Chris Bosh spec who's been upgraded to 95.

Just reading Parish's stats, he is a bit too slow for me; his shooting is average; and his low dribbling means he can commit a turnover midway.

So I stick to Bosh, a more modern center.

Yep if you have the coins imo Bosh is the best Classic C

I used 93 parish for abt month. He gets the basic work done.. don't expect him to to do too much offensively..
Depending on ur coins
<1.5 million parish is a good option
<2.5 million go for 94 Ewing or 95 Hakeem. The benefit with Ewing is cheaper to train to 99 and the block boost
Ideal would be 93 bosh but he cost upwards of 6 mill

I considered getting Parish as well but people said he was too slow. I used his base card early in the season and had no complaints. There's not a lot of great options for 91-94 Classic centers. I would probably get Parish, max him, and use him to train the next Classic center you get or put him on your bench.

I have little issue with classic centers.

However because of the quick paced style that I play, Parish & Roy Hibbert of '14 in 2016/17 edition, aren't suited & esp vulnerable to turnovers. Hibbert really slowed down my attack, as with Parish in 16/17, despite the 90 over ratings for both.

So I don't use Parish anymore in this season. I haven't seen any Hibbert cards in this season anyway.
