And JR.Smith cost me a $1200 win on the Cavs.

Dud.
You got a bad line then (+13)!

Reality as a Cavs fan (and someone who actually knows JR personally) is I don't want him taking that last shot anyway especially with 4.7 seconds left on the clock. Coaching staff (and LBJ to some extent) failing to call a timeout (as soon as JR caught the ball or at the very least when he made a move away from the basket) is the most egregious thing I saw in that game. Not the BS calls for Durant putting him on the line, the charge/block debacle that never should've been reviewed in the first place because he was clearly not in the restricted area or the no call on LBJ's layup that preceded Curry's and one (for the record, I thought both were fouls but you can't call one and not the other because of a 100 lb weight difference).

NBA officiating is absolutely horrendous. Period. Otherwise, it was an entertaining game to watch and clearly not what the national media expected to say the least.

It was 1200 on the win @ $7 for 600 and $9 for 600 ~ I was about to put $50 on the half time tie... but thought better not.. was paying $501 to each dollar... really hitting my head on the wood for that one........ :(

But back to the actual topic and not my stupidity - I hear what you are saying and there are other factors there that should be held accountable for absolute nonsense..ie the officials... However anyway you look at it, JR had 4.7 seconds to attempt to play the ball.. as a professional and to his team he has a responsibility to make the most of those 4.7 seconds and unfortunately he didn't. Of course it's easy for me to say as I'm not the one on the court with 4.7 left to play... but I'm also not the one getting that salary... Knowing how important these last few games are... and how hard the cavs fought to get to this point this year... he buckled under pressure or he really thought they were ahead.. anyway we are all human and humans make errors.. I felt bad for the team and during over time I think they went cold due to surprise/regret.. I hope they take the next game and the one after that and the one after that.. I'm not a Cavs fan but I'd prefer they win over GSW any day of the week.
