Rebounding and defense

I’m so frustrated with rebounding and defense.ive got high defensive rebounders but constantly lose to ai rebounders in showdown. Plus it’s like my defense has never even thought about staying with their man. If Ben Simmons hits one more 3 pointer in me I’m gonna quit!

If it’s any consolation, I find using autoplay directly after a user (You) or the AI takes a shot attempt, helps with rebounding. Defense is a tossup.

Have u been playing this game for some time?
If not, it's something u have to get used to.. rebounding will always be like this..
Defense rest mainly on u stealing the ball from the pg... if u miss.. then it usually ends up with a basket
