It's a gear icon on the league homescreen just click it and a drop down menu will pop up just click abandon league

idk. Sometimes I got to restart my phone or uninstall and reinstall.Do I uninstall it first then restart phone then reinstall it again

You can do it that way.
Stop spamming this thread this is not the topic of the thread and you're also spamming the same thing multiple times just talk to EA support or link your account to google, game center, or Facebook and then uninstall the game fhen reinstall that's the most you can do
