Hey EA!! Quit the B.S. of giving us pieces to already completed sets!!

You want to charge so much money for packs and coins and pieces to sets?
Knock off the practice of handing out pieces to sets we have already completed.

Putting timers on sets (and PACKS??), making coins expensive (and rare), making everything "chance", etc....if this is how you want to do things, then you need to balance it out. If we complete a set then remove those set pieces from our pulls. It's gotta stop. Your greed is out of control, but the game needs some type of system to keep us going. There's no way we get through a season where everything is so connected to money (and greed) but we are continuously getting dupes for sets that are finished

I've bought packs, I've completed sets, I've played every day....but the dupe situation is flat out retarded. I've got 8 pieces for the Trae Young set and I finished his set a week ago. I've about had it with getting excited for an elite piece and being so angry to see it's the same crap over and over. I could have...

I think the Rookie event is pretty bad. But you should've seen that from the start. I know I did. You're not a noob....so I think that gives you a little less room to all out ***** about it. And as far as coins go, right now you can make a ton of coins pretty easily. Silver set -> Gold player-> AH. Lots of coins from the first win on all the events we've got. If you have a SG with high 3pt rating and team OVR of 78, you can easily win both jackpot events for a total of 4500 coins per day. Plus the Harden events give 300 coins for 20 stamina once you've already beat them. You should be able to grind out 10-20k+ on coins per day without having to spend a ton of time or effort. That's as good as I've seen in a loooong while. I get your point & for the most part agree, but I think things are getting better daily

Uh, I don't disagree. Actually it's all great points.

But I guess I'm flabbergasted by support of the idea of dupes for completed sets. I thought this concept makes zero sense. In fact, it does. Nothing you pointed out justifies this garbage. 20k coins per day? That's not even a third of what a useful lottery ball pack costs.

Designing a poor promo and identifiying such at the start doesn't excuse it. It doesn't make it okay to even put in the game. They open the game with this crap? And you think seeing it as a bad deal is good enough? Nah man, that ain't good enough in my book.

I'm all for people being creative in making coins, building teams, sniping, all the positive building of a squad. But EA is actively putting the screws to us all. I'm not "bitching" (as you put it)....I'm calling them out for some low blows. I want to actually find a way to progress in the game when I buy packs (with coins OR money, doesn't matter how they are acquired), complete sets 44x, or play events for the 400th time. If I'm earning dupes, trading dupes in for more dupes, and trading those dupes in for more dupes of already completed sets.....well, it's all of us who are getting duped. That fine if you like that. But I want to exercise my right to be angry at this crap. And believe you me....it's crap. A big ol' steaming pile of it. Good day, SIR!

Let me remind you ...this is about dupes for completed sets.

I agree on the whole dupe situation.. though as dub said.. one look at the promo and I decided not to even attempt it.. (last year pioneer struggle was enuf)... but I get what ur saying .. u shd be able to get what ur looking for eventually ESPECIALLY if ur buying packs..
I never understood why there isnt a wildcard token for 5k/10k cash in every promo.. I'm sure there are enuf crazy people who would go for it.. especially if they released it in the last day or 2 of the promo..

Hold on. You said you can make a "ton" of money off of Silver set--gold player--AH??? Maybe I'm the noob here, but if you do the silver set, and get a gold, those are selling at as low as 3500 coins....MAYBE you get lucky and pull a 75 and i think those are going for around 20K...So, the same effort goes into getting the gold player, but the sell price in the AH is anywhere from 3300 to 20K with the 20 K being a 20 percent chance of getting. So, that's 15 silvers for 1 gold. Silvers dont just grow on trees, either. You either create from the bronze set, or get them from events, which typically give 1-2 on average, and up to 4 on first win. These events will also cost about 20 stamina each. You can also get silvers/gold from pro packs, but that REALLY will defeat the purpose because you spend 10K on a propack to get a 73 gold that sells for 3300.

I dont see a way for a ton of coins, but maybe im missing it, would love some help lol

Sorry to say jack george....There isn't a way to make a TON of coins man....he's an EA shill likely. He went so far off topic that I had to restate the original point of it all. Gaslighting.

Sure, you're totally correct on saying that they aren't putting themselves in the players shoes when designing the Rookie promo. I just feel like we've been there done that last season. It doesn't even surprise me at this point after shit they pulled last season so I just decide not to hang myself by opting in. There should be a way to 100% complete a promo without chance involved, one way or another. No argument there. I just don't trust EA, their methods, or their chops in making things happen the way they should so for the most part I don't get too mad anymore. It's counterintuitive. We all know they do things ass backwards at this point. Doesn't make it feel any better but know it helps you decide on want to skip..

If you re-ready post you'll see that making $ off silvers was just one way. Incan get about 2 golds per day from silvers. The one rookie event gives you 4, the other gives 2 on first win. Those reset every 4 hours. Plus you get the bonus pack in store every 4 hours which gives silver or bronze. Plus you can do the 2 bronze events and the once a day event & turn those tokens and silver balls into silver players. So 2 golds a day = 6-7k profit. You also make a couple thousand in coins on those events every 4 hours. Also, like I said, the Harden events give you 300 coins per play @20 stamina each. Not a stretch to get to 20k coins. Plus you get coins from leveling up and from objectives and from achievements. You get pro packs from winning tourneys and you can sell those golds. Not getting RICH but after a week, you're doing fairly well. At this point I'm at a 78 so I'm not buying any players, I'm just grinding for coins & saving.

This is exactly why I didn't even bother with this promo. As soon as I saw there was a potential to get dupe after dupe, I decided it was not worth my time. If there is one thing I've learned is to use the promos that have duplicate collectibles to make coins and sell everything and only grind & complete promos that don't have dupes. It's the only way to stay sane.

Are you just using the free silver lottery balls from the bonus pack and lottery event?

I wonder if there are guys who made a ton of coins in this AH...

Oh no doubt bro, I got two accts and bought 4 elites on each acct already.

Nice..
I dont play around with the ah much.. both my accounts are at 77.. one I just buy propacks with all the coin I earn.. only one elite till now..

uhh, asking for a friend (lol) is there a way to transfer players from one account to another? i've played this game so damned much i am sure i would have seen the option somehow, but i have to ask, fk it

I got you. It's not a bad haul,

Well if u know ea good as the most money grab company in the entire industry of game, they won't change anyting for good, even when comes out with non-free games, like SWBF2, and if u take that this game is free, even worse, see the good sight, no invasive ads, but maybe they will bring it

Dupes stink but when you buy a pack of any cards in the material world there?s dupes as well.

So you quit the game and deleted the app, saying you "hope I don't reinstall it"...

You post in the "having a meltdown over the rookie event" topic...

You complain about not having bench boosts in legacy lineups....

But then you proceed to come on here with some flippant response about packs in real life? Can't wait to see your next complaint about the game. I'm gonna get real cute about your future gripes. Dupes in real life.....yeah....I guess that compares if you spend $25 on three cards (or some lottery balls)...and in that scenario you get to keep real dupes for the rest of your life (and you aren't at the mercy of some bot on an auction house if you ever want to sell em). But yeah, that was a great response. *Mic Drop*
