Season 4 Complaint/Suggestion Thread

People are buying them like crazy though
Sure. It's helpful for saving time and hero points if you buy them. But you don't have to. I don't think the promo was built with that as a necessity. Point stands that the promo is NOT pointless just bc it's difficult to buy gold/silvers off the AH. You can spend your Hero points on gold/silver packs and sell them. You can use the points for shards/tokens to upgrade your Superstars. Tons of things you could do with this Promo

The only time they've ever included backcourt violation was in PVP last season. It doesn't exist as a violation at this point
We had it in the beginning of this season.
Along with the out of bounce for both teams and the 5/8 second rule. Why take that away? We have a shot clock violation? Are we playing authentic nba or just pick and choose which rules we want to go by? If that's the case take goaltending out so I can just sit back and block everything like nba street

I don't recall any of that happening except that the user can now be called Out of Bounds, idk why they can't make it right though

You know how we have a ray Allen card from seattle sonics?
I dont really know too much of these "short lived" teams, but what if we had some sort of top elite player from those teams? Example: Charlotte Bobcats? San diego Rockets? Washington Bullets? Watching the Hornets/celtics game got me thinking of the past. Just an idea, wasnt bill Walton on the rockets before they disbanded when they were in san diego?

Walton was on the Clippers when they were in San Diego.

Seattle and Washington weren’t short lived. They still exist today as the Thunder and Wizards.

We usually get several Sonics and Bullets Legends per season.

I understand they loved, but like flashback/legend players like what madden does. I dont really know too much of the nba past besides from when I was watching. Bill didnt become who he was till after the clipper stint right? Besides ray on Seattle, was there any other "gteat" legends? What about the Bobcats? Bullets? Yeah they are in new cities but I mean when they had their time in those cities. New orlean hornets could be chris paul? Just spitting examples here. A big huge question I've had on my mind is, we've seen Larry and I'm sure there was a magic card but, last season (I started after the event) there was running of the bulls.... why wasnt Jordan the master or final card to get? Does he not want his image in the game? Shaq is here. What about Charles? Kobe against the game too? I'm just curious and have ideas.

EA dont have the rights over MJ,Kobe and Charles and thats the reason why they are not in this game

Walton was a star for UCLA in the early 70s. He was drafted by the Trailblazers in 1974 and led them to an upset victory over the 76ers in the 1977 NBA Finals. The following year he won the MVP but suffered a broken foot about two-thirds of the way through the regular season. The Trailblazers tried rushing him back for the playoffs but he re-injured his foot. After that, he demanded a trade and sat out the '78-79 season. He signed with his hometown Clippers in '79 but spent more time on the disabled list than the court. He suffered chronic foot injuries from the time he entered the NBA and was never the same player after his injury in '78. He managed to revive his career with the Celtics in the mid-80s, however, and won Sixth Man of the Year in '86 and a second NBA championship.

I'm not sure if there has ever been a Clippers version of Walton in the game.

The Sonics played in Seattle from 1967-2008. They are usually represented in the game by their 90s All-Stars Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp and Detlef Schrempf,. Occasionally, they use players from their 1979 championship team like Dennis Johnson, Freddie Brown and Jack Sikma.

The Bullets and the Wizards are the same team. Washington changed its name in 1997 because of the connection that "bullets" had with gun violence. The Bullets era is usually represented by Earl "the Pearl" Monroe, Wes Enseld and Elvin Hayes.

Charlotte has been pretty well represented in the game since it was a popular franchise in the early 90s. From memory, we had a Chris Paul New Orleans card at some point.

Kobe was in the game early on before he signed an exclusive deal with 2k. Jordan has an exclusive deal with 2k. Barkley apparently demands too much for his rights.

Walton has been in the game since Season 1. Last year, he had a LNY card, a Cinco De Mayo card, Mobile Madness, and probably some other cards I'm forgetting.

I really love this game. Since I have started playing it I cannot stop. I was browsing the web and I have found one great Youtube channel dedicated to this game and it contains some cool videos with best game moments - like this one
Happy playing! :)
