Have you tried reinstalling the game?
Woah do not do this at all deleting everything on a memory card is not the answerDo a master reset on the phone reinstall the game back after the master reset if you have a MicroSD card make sure that's deleted as well
That is the worst advice I've heard in a long time.Do a master reset on the phone reinstall the game back after the master reset if you have a MicroSD card make sure that's deleted as well
Thanks, man. I will do that. It might work so I will tryTry to clear the game cache thru Settings->App then relog in using whatever account associated with the game...
Just my input
If he has a bad partition on the card and game is saved to card for overflow cache or storage it will cause problems. (Start up problems) (this game other then start up has alot of server use at least from seeing it function) the memory card can be backed up to another memory card in computer if needed or another memory card can be used to confirm the memory card is not the issue. If the app got a bad pack or sector inside on the phone it will have issues as well. I would still do a full reset on the phone pull out the memory card reinstall the game app only onto the phone and see the outcome or use the same I'd in different device and see if the game runs normally.Woah do not do this at all deleting everything on a memory card is not the answer
I had start up problems on one of my 2 devices s8 Galaxy I did master delete and reset the phone pulled the memory card (as advise from a app developer from another group and it solved the problem so I passed that on here. Not sure why trying something as simple as that with backing up all info on the phone is a issue and takes no time to accomplish. But if that is an issue I am sorry for providing info that worked for me.That is the worst advice I've heard in a long time.
The problem is giving that advice without any additional detail, assuming that the person you're talking to is tech savvy. If they're not, you could potentially cause them more harm than good.I had start up problems on one of my 2 devices s8 Galaxy I did master delete and reset the phone pulled the memory card (as advise from a app developer from another group and it solved the problem so I passed that on here. Well those are drastic measures that people should only take if their phone itself is messed up not just an app I know that resetting the phone should help but you suggested to wipe everything with no mention of a backup for the phone or potential memory card that was my point because some people would blindly follow that suggestion if they think it can help and end up losing everythingIf he has a bad partition on the card and game is saved to card for overflow cache or storage it will cause problems. My error for not saying back up I guess for me automatically impliedWell those are drastic measures that people should only take if their phone itself is messed up not just an app I know that resetting the phone should help but you suggested to wipe everything with no mention of a backup for the phone or potential memory card that was my point because some people would blindly follow that suggestion if they think it can help and end up losing everything
